Maybe you like this girl a lot, you may even fantasize about a relationship with her, but if you are lusting after another, then it was just infatuation. I’m not sure about your laws about sex with a minor? In the U.S.A, men and women 18 and over can not have sex with a man or woman under the age of 18. USA Laws do not permit it. If you plan never to get involved with the 19 year old and the 16 year old, is mature enough for a sexual relationship, then sure. However once you have sex with the little sister, I highly doubt the 19 year old would ever enter a relationship with you.
